The El Dorado Community Foundation considers several types of competitive grant requests.

Local donors have created endowed scholarship funds to provide tuition assistance and recognition to local students.

Older Adult

The El Dorado Community Foundation seeks proposals for projects that will enhance the lives of Older Adults residents of El Dorado County.  Before writing a proposal, applicants should refer to the report titled "A Focus on the Older Adults in El Dorado County: A Community Gathers and Sets a Course for Change".  The article can be found here on the Foundation website.  Proposed projects must relate to this document.
