Committee Funds

Committee Funds are unique in that donors to the fund actively participate in the building of and the granting from the fund through a donor-based committee structure. This core group of donors also often contributes to the fund annually and/or works in various ways to build their donor base.

Designated Agency Funds

A designated fund is a restricted fund whereby the donor specifies fund beneficiaries when the fund is established and the Foundation makes those grants periodically, according to the donors’ wishes.

Donor Advised/Family Funds

Donor Advised Funds are funds which the donor, or persons appointed by the donor, may recommend eligible charitable recipients for grants. This is also one of the most flexible funds the Foundation offers because it allows the donor to consolidate all tax-deductible assets and charitable giving into one vehicle and because it has an endowed component, it is invested for growth.
