William Roby, Director
Bill has been with the Foundation since 2007. He has a BA in Business Administration from the State University of New York, and completed a Public Health Residency Program at Princeton University Hospital. Bill has worked for the Benetton Sports Group and John Hancock Agriculture Investment Group as a senior financial analyst. Bill has spent the last 7 years working for a nonprofit organization in the East Bay. Bill lives in Shingle Springs.

Marsha Repschlaeger provides accounting services to the Foundation. Marsha has lived in El Dorado for the past 18 years with her husband, Rodney. Marsha has spent over 25 year working in accounting and joined the Foundation in May 2008.

Pam Hagen is our public relations and media representative. She has lived in El Dorado County most of her life and has more than 20 years experience working in the private, public, and nonprofit fields. Pam joined the Foundation in December of 2007. Pam is married to Carl Hagen, has three daughters and three grandchildren. Pam and Carl live in Placerville.
